Harvesting the Crops
Because we weren’t growing the crops ourselves it was vital that we had good relationships with our farmers; we wanted to ensure that our crops were harvested and kept to a premium quality. Considerable worry would accompany the time around harvest, as the weather seemed to annually reliably deteriorate at just the wrong time.
